First, let me start off with the shipping. I ordered the headset on Friday evening and it arrived the following Thursday. That type of processing is great when you need things in a hurry. Two things make this headset stand out. First is the ‘EAR seal upgrade.’ This is truly an upgrade over the OE foam ear-cups. I am now able to have a good seal when wearing eyewear. I am also able to run an acoustic audio communications tube with no problem what so ever. Not to mention the comfort over the foam, hands down the best upgrade you can get. I was worried about ordering the “behind the head” suspension headset. But, now I wonder how I got by without it. I am now able to spend a full day at the range without a problem. I no longer have to worry about the “Headset Headache.” For the first time, I do not have to think about the feel of my hearing protection. I am the only one who does not need to lift their ‘ears’ between relays. With all of the encased in silicone, I have no worries of the weather, or where my patrol takes me. There was one down side; it took me two weeks to get to the range to try them out!
