TCI- I just wanted to send a quick thanks for a great product and great service. I purchased a TACT-LITE earpiece from your outfit several years ago. It treated me wonderfully, until I broke it. No fault of the quality product, rather my error. I was so pleased with the product the first time around, that I wanted to replace it with another. I had a few questions regarding the product, and shipping, so I called the number on your site. I was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the phone. I asked five or so questions and did not have to be transferred from one person to the next. I got all my questions answered, and later placed an order online. I live in California and work for a Sheriff's Office, and needed my earpiece quickly. I was hoping to be able to get the product in a week or so because of the short shipping distance. The package arrived on my doorstep less than 48 hours later! I am thrilled with the product and service.
