"Double Good"

I've been using this piece of equipment for about 6 months now in Afghanistan, what a quality piece of gear. Ear pieces are always good but having a dedicated boom mic that I can put nearly anywhere on my gear is killer. It beats trying to find a good place for the "trucker (paddle)" mic where it'll break or slip off. Sound quality is good, earpiece does not block sound to keep my SA up with still being able to have effective comms. Ear pieces also fit into my surefire ear plugs if I do need better earpro. I've gotten many "dude, what comm system is that?" on this deployment. Good piece of gear TCI.

G'day (Aussie for hello),
Just purchased your SAS2 headset and after a prompt response from your customer service team and a super fast delivery time. I received it yesterday. Upon initial inspection I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and construction. The TACT-LITE earpieces are the most comfortable I have used and remain secure in your ear. Crystal clear send and receive. I am impressed and I have used more than my fair share of headsets in some $#!##& places.
Well done, feel free to use this for promotional purposes.

Our Dept. purchased these headsets for our team last year. Since the purchase, the Dept. change radio's. these headsets were not compatible. We really like the headsets and did not want to change. We called TCI and they were able to come up with a fix. Now we can continue to use the headsets with our old radios and the new ones also. This was a custom order that was done very quickly with a minimum cost. TCI has been a great company to work with. They are responsive and understand the needs of a Dept.
This review is as much of the company and its ability as well as a good product.
The headset has served us well. It has survived through inclement weather, is easy and comfortable to use. We chose it because we do not like boom mic.s
